Parry Sound Peewee Hockey Club Captures Home Tournament

The Parry Sound Peewee Hockey Club captured their home tournament this weekend, The Bobby Orr Hall of Fame Classic, going 5-0.
The locals started the tournament off with a 4-2 win over Cambridge on Friday night. Saturday included a 8-1 win over Georgian Shores and another 4-2 win over Prince Edward County. On to the Semi-Finals on Sunday against Bobby Orr''s second home, Oshawa. At the end of the game, Bobby Orr''s hometown came out on top with a 5-0 win.
Parry Sound would go on to face league rivals from South Muskoka in the finals. A very entertaining game right to the last second saw the locals come away with a 2-1 win. A very deserving Championship for a very deserving group of players.
