WELCOME TO THE 2024 OMHA CHAMPIONSHIPS
PRESENTED BY EGG FARMERS OF ONTARIO
The Ontario Minor Hockey Association is thrilled to announce the dates and locations for the 2024 OMHA Championships presented by Egg Farmers of Ontario, where teams will compete for the coveted #RedHats.
As the second half of the season is right around the corner, teams across the province will be gearing up for League Playoffs, which will again serve as qualifiers to determine who moves on to compete for an OMHA Championship.
The OMHA Championships will take place over four weekends: March 15-17, March 22-24, March 29-31 and April 5-7. They will be hosted in six locations around the province: Brampton, Halton Hills, Kingston, Newmarket, Oakville and Whitby.
Round robin play will occur on the first two days, with the Semi-Finals and Championships being decided on the Sunday. New for this season's Championships includes the addition of the BB Representative non-bodychecking category for U14 and up.
More details on event merchandise, hotels and live-streaming will be announced closer to the date. If last year is any indication, the weekends will feature end to end action, passionate crowds, gifts, activations from our sponsors, coveted official merchandise as well as live streaming of games.
The OMHA Championships are excited to offer exclusive, discounted hotel rates for attending teams through our partners at EventConnect. Hotel links will be released on our Championship website under your specific age group/category page at 10am on March 23rd following our March 22nd Team Declaration Date.
**Please note, this service is provided as a courtesy, as EventConnect has relationships and leverage with many properties along with the ability to block rooms at preferred rates. However, qualifying teams are NOT restricted to booking only with these properties or EventConnect, and are free to make bookings at any time with the property of their choice either directly or through other third-party booking websites prior to the release on March 23 or any time thereafter.**

“Encouraging youth in the pursuit of a healthy, active lifestyle is important to Egg Farmers of Ontario,” says Scott Helps, EFO Chair. “We are proud to partner with the OMHA to help support Ontario hockey players as they further develop their skills and discover the importance of teamwork, both on and off the ice.”
“The OMHA Championships presented by Egg Farmers of Ontario are a special experience and bring together players aged 10 through 21 to compete against teams from across the province,” says Ian Taylor, OMHA Executive Director. “We are excited to welcome players and their families over four weekends for an unforgettable experience.”
We can’t wait for the OMHA Championship Weekends and look forward to catching all of the action at the rink!
